Chanda Myers
Dear Wynona Families,
I am honored to introduce myself as the new Principal of Wynona Public Schools. As a 1995 graduate of Wynona, returning feels like coming home.
I began my teaching career in Bartlesville as a Pre-K and third-grade teacher, then taught at Caney Valley Elementary while earning my Master's in Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. I served as principal at Ranch Heights Elementary in Bartlesville for ten years.
I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and known by name. My core values are simple: value all people, believe in all people, and love all people unconditionally.
I plan to spend my first months listening and learning about our school's priorities. My door is always open, and I look forward to working together to prepare our students for life, career, and college.
