  Congratulations to Madison Ervin, Shaylea Howell, Ruthie Hough, Sydney Bell, Abby Summers, Lexi Patrick, and Ally Robinson!  They are the only students who earned straight A's on the first 9 weeks grade cards.  They were treated to lunch at McDonalds on Friday, December 9.  Way to go girls!      Wynona basketball homecoming will be Tuesday, December 13.  The ceremony will begin at 5:45.  The boys will play first and then the girls game will follow.  Please come join us!  Our Elementary and Junior High teams will play on Monday, December 12.  We play Prue and the games start at 4:00.  Come enjoy a find dinner at the concession stand of chili, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, and other great foods!  We appreciate your support!  Our student council is trying to get together a Wynona T-shirt order to be ready in time for Christmas.  Be looking for ordering details soon!        The elementary Christmas program will be Thursday, December 15, at 6:30.  The last school day before the winter break will be December 16.  School will resume on Monday, January 2.  There was an error in our last bulletin.  There will be school on Monday after the holidays!!!      Retakes for the EOIs will be December 14 and 15.  If we should have severe weather that would warrant school closing, be advised that it will be posted on the local news channels and the calling system will be used.  We can only take 3 days this year without using the snow days in our calendar.  Hopefully, it will be a mild winter!     read more
